FAQ’S
How experienced a skier are you? How do you ski AND take pictures?
I’m a very experienced skier. I began skiing at a young age and alpine raced for 10 years. Both years of skiing and photographing have allowed me to confidently combine both.
How experienced skiers and boarders do we need to be?
As long as you and your family feel comfortable navigating on skis or a board, you can Ski the Day. If you only want to stick to the bunny hill or green runs, that is completely okay! This is your day and you can make it exactly how you want it.
Do you charge differently depending on what mountain we choose?
I have different tiers for proposals. As you scroll below you’ll find which location/mountain falls into which tier. There are no additional travel costs added to the price you see. If you are not sure which mountain you’d like to have your engagement session at, you can reach out to me and we’ll chat about which resort is perfect for you.
Do you travel outside of Colorado?
You bet! Wherever you want to go, I’m there! Below you’ll see pricing for out-of-state and international sessions.
Are you buying our tickets? Do we buy your ticket?
You are responsible for your own lift ticket or pass. My ticket does not cost you extra regardless of the mountain.
Can we get photos with us in nice clothes too?
Of course! I offer Après Ski sessions for this very reason. You can schedule that before or after your day on the mountain. We can discuss what order would be best for you!
Can you help us look good in the photos?
Of course! I will give you tips on how to ski while being photographed, and when we take portraits I will help you all pose!

Après Ski Portraits
Add-on Portrait Session
Interested in some photos of the family outside of your ski boots and snow pants? You can add on the Après Ski Session. It is a perfect way to get some photos of you all after an awesome day on the slopes. It’s a 30 minute session and I can help you choose an epic location. This session doesn’t have to come after skiing- you can also schedule it in the morning before you hit the mountain!

Reserving Your Date
In order to reserve your date, I require a signed agreement and payment for the session. All of this is done online and is super easy! Once that is paid, you’re officially booked!
